Drives & Drives

Drives & Drives is a small shop located at Shop No.12 in the Arihant Building on GK Gokhale Road in Mulund East. We’ve been here for a long time, and the shop is pretty much what you’d expect from a local business. We focus on industrial drives and motors, the kind of things that keep factories and machines running. It’s a lot of technical specs and making sure the torque and speed are just right for whatever the customer needs. The shop is often full of boxes and parts waiting to go out. We don't have a fancy showroom or a team of salespeople in suits. It’s usually just us in our work shirts, talking to customers about what’s gone wrong with their equipment. Mulund East is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the local workshop owners over the years. They know they can drop by and ask a question without getting a sales pitch. We just like fixing things and finding the right drive for the right job. It’s steady work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we have to chase down a rare part, which can be a bit of a headache, but we usually find a way. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure your machines don't stop working when you need them most. Being here in the Arihant Building has been good for us over the many years.
