Dr Ujwala Clinic

Dr Ujwala Clinic is tucked away at Shop No 4 in the 1/7 Singh compound. We’re in the Dhobighat area, right near Vakola in Santacruz East. It’s a real neighborhood spot, surrounded by other small shops and local businesses. The compound can be a bit busy with people coming and going, especially since we’re so close to the Dhobighat. Our clinic is small and simple. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just the basics that we need to help the people who come in. Most of our visitors are from right here in Santacruz East. They know us and we know them. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. We don’t have a complicated booking system; we just take people as they arrive. The sounds of Vakola are always in the background, which is just part of being here. We’ve been in this shop for a while now and we don’t plan on going anywhere. It’s not a fancy medical center, just a local clinic where we provide basic care. Some days are hectic and the small space feels even smaller, but we manage. We just keep things moving and try to be as helpful as possible to our neighbors who need us. It’s just how we do things here. We often chat with the other shop owners during the slower parts of the afternoon.
