Our clinic is at 412 Jolly Bhavan 2 on New Marine Lines Road. If you are coming from the station, we are just opposite Nirmala Niketan College in Churchgate. Dr. Mrunal Shah has been seeing people for skin and hair problems here for a good while now. It’s a busy building and the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes. Inside the clinic, it’s pretty simple. We have some chairs for waiting and the doctor’s room is right there. Most of our patients are local folks or students from the college across the street. We deal with everything from itchy skin to hair thinning. It’s not a fancy place with bright lights or a big lobby. We just try to help people with whatever skin issue they have that day. Sometimes it gets quite crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is getting off work. We just take one person at a time and do what we can. The noise from the traffic on New Marine Lines Road is always there in the background, but you get used to it. We don't do any big advertisements. People just find us or hear about us from a neighbor. Dr. Shah is usually busy but he takes the time to look at things properly. It’s just an ordinary skin and hair clinic in a busy part of Mumbai. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where to find us. It’s just honest work.
