Dr. Jamshed Clinic

This clinic is located on the ground floor of Dina Manzil in the Dadar Parsi Colony. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for a long time. Dadar East is a busy area, but the colony itself is a bit quieter with all the trees. The address on the records looks a bit repetitive, but it’s basically 792 Dina Manzil. Inside, the clinic feels a bit like stepping back in time because we haven’t changed the layout much over the years. We have high ceilings and those old-fashioned windows. Dr. Jamshed spends his day going from one patient to the next, and there’s usually a stack of patient files on the desk that we’re working through. We don't use any high-tech computerized booking systems; we mostly stick to the big ledger book. It’s a small, practical space. People come here because they know where we are and they trust the familiar surroundings. There’s a specific smell to the place—medicine and old paper. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure things don't get too messy. The sidewalk outside is often busy with people walking their dogs or heading to the station. We just keep the door open during the day and take whoever comes in for their scheduled time. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work we do here.
