Dr Chetan Sejpal Clinic

Our clinic is over in the Hendre Building, room 11/b, in Mangal Wadi. It’s in the Girgaon area, right near the Anupam Guest House. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character. Dr Chetan Sejpal has been working from this office for a long time. The neighborhood is quite traditional, and we fit right in with the other small businesses around here. It’s a bit of a walk through the lanes to find us if you aren't from Girgaon, but the locals know the way. The clinic itself is quite small and filled with books and medical files. We don’t have any modern computerized check-in systems; we just do things the old-fashioned way. People come in and wait their turn on the wooden benches. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan going. We deal with regular medical issues and see a lot of the older residents from the Mangal Wadi area. There’s no big sign or flashing lights outside. It’s just a quiet place where people can talk to the doctor about what’s bothering them. It feels like a part of the community here. We don't do any advertising. Most people just know where we are because we've been in the Hendre Building so long. It is just a plain room where medical work happens every day for the Girgaon neighbors.
