Dosti Mobile

Dosti Mobile is our shop located at Bharti Nagar 2 in Saki Vihar, right along Paud Road. It’s a small space where we deal with all sorts of mobile phone issues and accessories. We have glass counters filled with different models, chargers, and colorful phone cases. The shop isn’t fancy or polished like the big chain stores. Our counters have some scratches and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. Most of our day is spent repairing phones, which involves a lot of patience and working with very small tools. Saki Vihar is a noisy area with a lot of traffic on Paud Road, so there is always a background hum of engines and horns. We have been here for a long time and the people in Bharti Nagar know us well. We don’t use any complicated marketing talk or try to sell people things they don’t actually want. If someone comes in with a broken screen, we just tell them how long it will take and how much it will cost. It’s as simple as that. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. Sometimes the shop gets crowded with people waiting for their repairs, and we just try to get through the work as fast as we can. It’s a straightforward business and we enjoy the daily challenges of fixing things. Most days are busy, but that is how we like it here at the shop.
