Direction Classes

Direction Classes is based in Bhandup West at Shop No 40 in Mayuresh Shristi. We are right on LBS Road, and if you look across the street, you’ll see the big Asian Paints factory. That makes it very easy for people to give directions to our place. The road is always full of traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines and horns. Our shop is a small space that we’ve divided up into a few teaching areas. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes, but we make it work. We spend most of our day managing the timetable and talking to the kids. Mumbai is always moving so fast, but we try to keep a steady pace inside the shop. We don’t have any flashy signs or expensive decorations. It’s just a regular shop with some benches and boards. We know the other people who run the shops nearby. The tea guy from the corner knows exactly how we like our tea. We do all our own bookkeeping and admin work ourselves. There isn't a big corporation behind us. It’s just a local business trying to do a good job for the neighborhood. We’ve been here for several years now and have become part of the local scenery.
