Our office is located in Mumbai, specifically in the Ashtavinayak building on D.N. Lad Marg. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, but our spot in B/103 works out just fine for us. It’s a typical city office where you hear the sounds of the street all day long. We are consultants, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets and reports. The building itself is older, but it has that classic Mumbai feel to it. You have to navigate the busy stairs or the lift, and there’s usually someone delivering lunch or chai at some point in the day. We don’t really go for the high-end corporate look. Our desks are covered in papers, and the walls have charts pinned up. It’s a place for real work, not for show. The commute can be pretty rough for some of the guys, but once we’re here, we just get into the rhythm of things. We handle various consulting tasks and try to stay on top of the deadlines. There’s no big marketing team here, just us trying to keep the projects moving forward. It can get pretty hectic when a lot of things are happening at once, but we manage. That’s just how it is working in this part of town. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’re used to the local pace.
