Cosmetic Laser Clinic

Getting to the 5th floor of Dheeraj here in Santacruz West takes a minute when the elevator is slow. Our clinic is on Plot No 521, right on the 9th Main Road. Most people know the area because we are directly opposite to Milan Mall. It’s a landmark everyone uses for directions. From up here, you can see a bit of the street life below. It gets noisy with all the cars and shoppers, but being on the 5th floor helps keep things a bit calmer inside. Cosmetic Laser Clinic isn't a massive place, but we have enough room for the machines and the patients who come through the door. The hallway is usually a bit narrow, and we’ve had to move the chairs around a few times to make it feel right. The light coming through the windows in the afternoon is actually quite nice. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. We make sure the rooms are clean and everything is ready before the first person arrives. Sometimes we run a little behind if a procedure takes longer than we thought it would. That’s just part of running a real clinic. We’ve been at this Santacruz address for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythms of the mall across the street. It feels like a solid place to be. We just try to provide a practical space for people to visit without all the usual corporate fuss.
