We are located at 312-A Murzaban Road, right near the D P Road area and Park Avenue. Control Automation Projects Pvt Ltd is basically a workshop and a small office combined into one. We spend most of our time dealing with the guts of industrial machinery. It’s a lot of PLC programming and figuring out why a certain motor won't start when it's supposed to. The building we are in has some character, which is a polite way of saying the elevator is temperamental and the stairs are a workout. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small plate near the door. The neighborhood is a mix of old offices and new developments, so there’s always construction noise in the background. Our work isn't the kind you can do in a clean suit; we usually have a bit of grime on our hands by lunch. We aren't big on meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down, look at the schematics, and try to find the simplest way to solve the problem at hand. Sometimes a project takes us out of the city for days, but 312-A is where we always come back to sort out the paperwork and prep the next batch of components. It's a straightforward life, focusing on the mechanics and the electricity of how things move. We’ve been at this address long enough that the local chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea.
