Our office is in Room No. 206 at Runwal Heights Commercial. We are located on LBS Marg in Mulund West. It’s a very active area, especially with Nirmal Lifestyle right across from us. You can see the crowds at the mall from our windows sometimes. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, but you can still hear the traffic on LBS Marg. Connect Cargo Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this room for a good amount of time. The office is pretty basic with desks, some old computers, and stacks of cargo documents. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and lunch. Getting up to the second floor can be a bit of a workout if the lift is busy, which it often is. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking shipments on the screen. It can get pretty stressful when things are delayed, but that is the nature of the cargo business. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years with new buildings coming up, but we’ve stayed in our little corner of Runwal Heights, just handling the day-to-day logistics for our clients without any fuss.
