Harish Exporter

Our business, Harish Exporter, is actually split between a couple of spots, but you can usually find us over at Puran Niwas on Arthur Bunder Road in Colaba. We’re right across from the Radio Club. It’s a famous area, very old-school. Then we also have space at Decor House on Sheriff Devji Street, specifically on the first floor above that Noor Mohd. Furniture Shop. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain to delivery drivers sometimes. Being in Colaba gives the business a certain feel, very traditional and right in the heart of things. We’ve been exporting goods for quite a long time now. The office at Puran Niwas is where we handle a lot of the administration. Over on Sheriff Devji Street, it’s more about the day-to-day handling. It keeps us on our toes moving between the two locations. We aren't a big corporate firm with fancy lobbies. It’s more about old wooden desks and stacks of ledgers. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who run the tea stalls nearby. It’s a tight-knit community in these parts of town. We just focus on the task at hand, which is getting our exports out the door. It’s been our life for years. We don’t need anything flashier than what we have. As long as the work gets done and our clients are okay, that’s plenty for us and it keeps the lights on.
