We’ve been here at Shoppers Stop Suburbia Mall for a while now. You’ll find us on the 2nd floor. It’s a busy spot right on Linking Road, so there’s always something going on outside. Bandra West is a lively area, and being near Swamy Vivekanand Road means people are always dropping in. Our space isn't huge, but we keep it clean and organized for everyone who comes in for their skin appointments. Usually, the mornings are a bit quieter before the mall really picks up speed. Most of us here have been working together for a good bit, so we know how each other likes to handle things. We spend most of the day looking at schedules and making sure the equipment is ready to go. It’s just a normal workplace, really. We see a lot of different faces, from locals who live just around the corner to people who travel a bit further across Bandra. Sometimes the traffic on Linking Road makes people late, but we try to be flexible when we can. We’re just a team doing our jobs, trying to help people feel okay about their skin. There’s no big fancy philosophy here, just daily work and making sure the door stays open. It’s nice being in this part of town because there are good places to grab a quick bite during breaks. We've got our routine down, and it works for us.
