Being at Sion 167A means we see a lot of people walking by every day. Choco Fiesta isn't a huge place, but we have enough room for what we do. We started making things here because we liked the neighborhood. It gets hot in the kitchen when we are working with the heaters. You have to be careful not to let things melt too fast. My hands are usually covered in something sticky by noon. We get a lot of students from the nearby schools who just want a small treat after their classes. The floor gets messy with bits of stuff, and we are always sweeping. I’ve been in Sion for a long time, so I know most of the people who live in the buildings around 167A. We don't do much fancy talking here. If someone wants something, they just point at the glass case. We spend a lot of time packaging things into boxes and tying them with string. Sometimes the delivery truck is late because of the traffic on the main road, and we just have to wait around. It gives us a chance to sit down for a minute and have some tea. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, maybe next year when we have more time. For now, we just focus on the daily tasks. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. That’s about it for us.
