Our office is located in the old Voltas Premises over in Chinchpokli. It’s a bit of an older building on TB Karam Marg, but it works for us. Working in Mumbai means there’s always noise coming from the street, but you get used to it after a week. We’re tucked away in Ae F Block. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of wires, as you’d expect for a place like ours. We’ve been at this location for some time, helping folks with their phone and data connections. It’s not the most modern office in the world, but it’s where we get the job done every day. The elevators sometimes take a while, so some of us just use the stairs. We have a lot of paperwork to go through, and the phones are almost always ringing. It’s a practical environment. No one really dresses up too much unless there’s a big meeting. Usually, it's just people in shirts and trousers focused on their screens. Getting here can be a bit of a trek depending on the train schedule, but once you’re here, it’s a steady pace. We share the premises with a few other businesses, so there’s always people moving around the hallways. It feels like a real part of the city’s working life. We just stay focused on our tasks and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
