We’ve been running Chemtex Global Engineer Pvt Ltd for a while now from Room No 506 in the Panchseel Building. It’s Building Number 3 over here in the Gurgul Housing area, Matunga. Most people know the ML Camp neighborhood, it’s got its own rhythm and we’ve become part of it. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle all our engineering stuff. It gets a bit crowded sometimes with all the papers and folders we have lying around on the desks. We spend a lot of our time looking at technical specs and talking to clients on the phone. It’s mostly just us doing our daily work, making sure things get done right. Matunga is a busy place, so there’s always noise from outside, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that. When someone comes by, they usually just find us at our computers or chatting about a project. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know each other's habits and how everyone likes their tea. We don’t go for big corporate speeches. We just show up, do the engineering work needed, and head home. The building itself is older, which gives it some character. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we take the stairs to the fifth floor. It keeps us moving.
