Chai Coffi

We are over at Beach Queen C, specifically Shop No 1 and 2 on 1st Bhandari Street. It’s a decent spot in Andheri West. We serve tea and coffee, mostly to people who live right around here or people walking by. It’s a simple setup. We have a few tables and chairs, but nothing fancy. The morning shift is always the busiest because everyone wants their drink before they head to work. We try to keep up, but sometimes the milk delivery is late or the machine acts up. It's just part of the day. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything. We just know how people like their tea. The street can be quite loud with the traffic and the shops nearby. We’ve been here for a while now, so we know most of the faces that come through the door. It’s not a huge space, just those two small shops joined together. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and making sure the jars are full. It's a regular job. We don’t do much on social media or anything like that. People just know where we are. We open early and close when things die down in the evening. It’s just us at Chai Coffi, doing what we do every day on Bhandari Street. We keep the kettle going and hope the rain doesn't leak through the door.
