We are located in Office No. 402 and 403 of the Vikas Commercial building. It’s on Bhakti Marg, right next to the Tridev Apartment in Mulund West. Being on the fourth floor means we have to rely on the elevator, which sometimes has a mind of its own. The office is a straightforward space where we handle ACR systems for the India region. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of thick binders filled with technical specifications. We aren't a big, flashy company with a lobby full of plants. It’s more of a working environment where the phones are always ringing and there’s always a spreadsheet that needs updating. Mulund West is a good spot to be, even if the traffic on Bhakti Marg can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. We have a few windows that look out over the nearby apartments, and sometimes we see the neighbors drying their laundry or kids playing. It makes the place feel a bit more like a community. We spend our days coordinating with technicians and making sure the cooling controls are being handled correctly. It’s not glamorous, and some of the furniture has seen better days, but it works for us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the technical side of things without too much fuss.
