Career Lab

Career Lab is tucked away in the Sahyadri CHS building, which is part of DN Nagar in Andheri West. If you know the area, it's near the 37 1464 block. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside. We have a small space here where we do our daily work. It’s a residential society, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We have our desks and chairs set up, and there’s usually a pot of tea going. The metro is close by, which makes it easier for us to get here, though the walk can be a bit sweaty in the summer months. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and we know the local shops around DN Nagar pretty well. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just the things we need to get through the day's tasks. Most of our time at Career Lab is spent focused on the screens, but we do take breaks to look out at the street traffic. It’s a tight-knit kind of place where everyone knows who is who. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Andheri. We don't mind the noise much anymore, as it just becomes part of the background when you are busy with your work.
