Career Forum

Career Forum is located in Mumbai, specifically up on the 13th floor of Building 20 B in the Ntpc Complex. It’s in Powaivihar, which is a busy part of the city. Being in Flat No 1302 gives us a decent view, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. We do career work here. It’s a lot of talking to people and sorting through different options for them. The Ntpc Complex is pretty big, so sometimes people get a bit turned around when they first visit. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. It’s a mix of an office and a homey feel since it’s an apartment building. Mumbai 400076 is a good location for us. We see all sorts of people coming through. Some are just starting out, others are looking to move up. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we work. We try to be practical and honest about what’s possible. The elevators in the building can be slow during lunch hour, but that’s just life in a Mumbai high-rise. We keep our hours regular, mostly Monday to Friday. It’s a straightforward business. We like the energy of Powai. There’s always something going on outside, but we just focus on the people who come to see us in 1302. It's a busy life but we've got a good system in place now.
