Capgemini India Ltd

The place for Capgemini India Ltd is located in Flat No 706, over in the A 2 building of Lok Gavrav Soc in Vikroli W. It is a residential building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a traditional office. We have been set up here for quite a while now. Working from a flat has its good points and its bad points. It is quiet enough for us to focus, but sometimes the elevators take forever when we are in a big hurry. We mostly handle our business through phone calls and the computer. There is not a lot of space for big meetings, so we just use the main room for everything we do. Most of the people in the society know us as the quiet neighbors who are always working. We do not have any big logos on the door or anything fancy like that. It is just a regular Mumbai flat where we put in our hours every day. We usually eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area. Vikroli is a good spot because it is connected to everything, though the traffic on the main road can be a massive headache. We do not try to look like a big company. We are just a small group of people trying to keep things running from this seventh-floor apartment. It is practical and it keeps our costs down, which is what matters. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
