Awesome Exports

You can find Awesome Exports on the second floor of Aslam Mansion, in Room No. 5. It’s right there at 45/45b on Maulana Azad Road in Byculla, which is always a busy place. The building has been there for a long time and it has that old Mumbai feel to it. It’s crowded downstairs but once you get up to the second floor, we have our little space where we handle all the export stuff. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day. It’s a small room, but it’s enough for what we need. We’ve got our computers, a few chairs, and stacks of files that seem to never end. Byculla is a good spot because everything is close by. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the shipments are ready to go. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are correct. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, and the street outside is always full of sounds, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the work. People come by to discuss orders, and we try to get things sorted as fast as we can. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and get the boxes moved. We try to keep it simple.
