We have been operating out of our office at 801, Sri Krishna on New Link Road in Andheri for a while now. Most days it is just us managing the regular flow of work that comes through these doors. Being in Andheri means the area is always busy, and getting to the eighth floor every morning gives us a good view of the traffic below before we start our tasks. Bst Eltromat India (P) Ltd isn't some massive corporation where nobody knows each other. It’s mostly just a group of us who show up, handle the technical stuff, and make sure the equipment gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up chatting while we wait. We deal with a lot of parts and systems that help machines run better, but most of our time is spent on emails or talking to people about what they need for their specific setups. It gets loud outside with all the construction and cars, but inside we just focus on the job at hand. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us occupied. Most of the people around here have been with us for years. We know the local shops for tea and where to get a quick lunch when things get hectic. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day. We don't spend time on big meetings, just getting through the to-do list.
