We operate out of a residential society called Gorai Swapna C.H.S., specifically at Plot No. 12 in Gorai 2. Our office is in building 3 B, which is a bit different from the usual commercial buildings you see downtown. We handle management services, which basically means a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating things for our clients. Since we are based in a housing society, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big corporate park. You might hear kids playing outside or neighbors talking while we are trying to get through our emails. We don't have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. It’s mostly just a few desks and some filing cabinets pushed against the walls. We moved here because it’s closer to where we live, and it makes the commute a lot easier. Sometimes it’s a bit hard for new people to find the right gate, but we just tell them to look for the RSC 19 sign. We don't do any big advertising or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide the help people ask for and try to keep everything organized. It’s a simple way to run a business, and being in Gorai 2 means we can actually find some peace and quiet after the workday is over. We just focus on the tasks at hand and stay out of the way.
