If you are looking for us, we are over in the Vora Building on Nakhoda Street. We are on the third floor, specifically in room 29-B. Nakhoda Street is a very old part of the city and it has a lot of character, but the streets are quite narrow. It’s always an adventure getting things delivered here because the big trucks can’t always make it all the way to the door. We have to do a lot of heavy lifting up to the third floor since the building is older and doesn't have the biggest lift in the world. Our workspace is packed with different pieces of equipment and parts. It feels a bit like a warehouse sometimes, but we need the space to store everything properly. We’ve been here for years and we know all the other business owners in the building. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work on the machines or sort through the orders for the week. It’s not the quietest office, as you can hear the sounds of the street and the other workshops nearby, but we like the energy of the place. We start our day early to beat the worst of the heat and the crowds. It’s a very hands-on job and we are usually covered in a bit of grease or dust by the time we head home in the evening.
