Blessy Aqua

We've been at Dahisar West 4 for quite a while now. Dealing with water stuff is what we do every day. It's mostly just regular maintenance and fixing filters that people have in their kitchens. Sometimes the monsoon makes things busy because the water quality changes. We spend a lot of time on the road going from one flat to another. It's not fancy work, just making sure the machines are running. We started Blessy Aqua because we knew the area well and saw a lot of people needed help with their purifiers. Some days are long, especially when a part doesn't fit right or we have to wait for a delivery. We keep a small stock of spares in the shop. People usually just call us when they see a leak or the taste feels off. It’s a small team here. We mostly know the regular customers by their faces. The shop isn't big, but it has everything we need to get the job done. It gets pretty humid in Dahisar during the summer, so we’re always moving. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just a desk and some tools. We try to get to people as fast as we can, but traffic around here can be a real pain sometimes. Usually, we can sort things out pretty quick. It's just honest work. We’ve seen all sorts of old systems that have been running for years. We just keep them going as long as they can still work.
