Bhanu Construction

Our main office is at 105/B in Kondhwa Budruk, but we spend a lot of time around Ghatkopar West too. The office is a busy spot. There are always people coming in and out, mostly workers or suppliers. We have a big whiteboard on the wall where we scribble notes and dates. Half of it is usually covered in old writing that won't wipe off. The desks are covered in dust from the sites we visit. We try to keep things clean, but it is a losing battle in the construction business. There is a heavy metal safe in the corner for important documents. The chairs are mismatched because we just bought them one by one as we needed them. We have a small window that doesn't open all the way. It lets in a bit of breeze, which is nice. Our team is small, mostly family and a few others who have been with us for years. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on our name in the neighborhood. If someone needs something built, they usually just come find us at the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to vendors and checking on progress. It is loud, it is messy, and it is a lot of work, but we are used to it. We keep our tools in the back room.
