S.R. Tek Instruments

We are located over in the Bhandup Industrial Estates, specifically in the Pannalal Compound. It's a huge area on L.B.S. Marg, so we are in Gala No. 4005. Finding the right building can be a bit of a puzzle if you haven't been here before because there are so many units. We've been working out of this space for quite some time now. It’s an industrial vibe, which suits the kind of instrument work we handle every day. The compound is always full of trucks and people moving crates back and forth. Inside our unit, it's a bit quieter than the outside world, mostly because we need to focus on the technical side of the instruments. We aren't a massive operation, just a handful of us who know the equipment inside and out. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy with the work at hand to worry about how the place looks to outsiders. We have a lot of workbenches and testing tools scattered around the room. Lunch breaks are usually taken right at the desk or sometimes we head out to one of the small food stalls near the gate. It’s a regular routine for us. We deal with the heat in the summer and the leaks during the monsoon like everyone else in this old compound. We just try to get the jobs done correctly so we don't have to redo them later. That’s the way we’ve always operated, and it seems to work fine for us and our customers.
