We operate out of Gala Number 122 in the Anand Raj Industrial Estate. It’s a typical industrial setup, nothing too pretty to look at, but it gets the job done. The estate stays busy from early morning until late at night with trucks moving in and out. Inside our gala, we’ve got enough space to store some goods and keep a small desk for the paperwork. It can get a bit dusty with all the activity nearby, but that’s just part of being in an industrial area. We spend most of our time coordinating exports. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with the transporters and making sure the packaging is solid enough for long trips. There are only a few of us here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping load a crate. We don't really have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. It’s a straightforward way to work. The lunch breaks are usually spent at the small eatery just outside the gate. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we all help each other out when someone’s short-handed. It’s a tight-knit community in this estate. We focus on our work and try to keep things moving without any unnecessary complications. It's just a regular workplace where we put in our hours and go home.
