We are located on the 5th floor of the Sterling Centre right on Andheri Kurla Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how the traffic is around here near Andheri East. It is a busy part of the city and we are right in the middle of it. Our office isn't very large but it fits all our desks and the stacks of files we need for the export business. Most mornings start with checking emails and seeing what orders came in overnight. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, especially with the window open. You can hear the horns from the street below almost all day long. We have a small pantry where we make tea, which helps when the afternoons get long. The building itself is older, and sometimes the lift takes forever to arrive. We just do our thing here, day in and day out. There are no big signs or flashy lights inside. Just us working through the lists and making sure the documents for the customs are correct. Sometimes it’s stressful when a shipment is delayed, but that is just how this business goes. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up at Best Exports Centre Pvt. Ltd. and get through the pile of work on our desks.
