You can find Bectochem over in Mittal Industrial Estate. We are in building 5C, suite 204. It’s right on Andheri Kurla Road. Anyone who works in Andheri East knows this road is the heart of the industrial zone. It’s crowded and noisy, but it’s where everything happens. We do a lot of consulting and engineering work here. The office is full of drawings and papers. It’s not the kind of place with a lounge or a gym. We have desks, computers, and a lot of technical conversations. Most of the guys here are engineers who just want to solve problems. We’ve been here a long time, so we know the security guards and the other tenants in the building. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. The tea lady comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for some of us. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t really care for being flashy. If the machines we design work, then we’re happy. The traffic on the main road is always a topic of conversation in the morning. Getting to the metro station is easy enough, though. We just do our thing and try to keep our clients satisfied without making a big fuss about it. It’s just a normal office in a busy industrial hub. We have some plants on the window sill that we forget to water sometimes, but they survive anyway.
