Banes Pet Clinic

Banes Pet Clinic is tucked away in Shop No 2 of the Golden Apartment building right on Ram Krishna Mandir Marg. If you know the Andheri area, you know it can get pretty crowded, but our little corner is usually manageable. We’ve been running this clinic out of the apartment complex for some time now. It’s not a massive hospital, just a regular pet clinic where we do the daily work of looking after the neighborhood animals. Most mornings start with us opening up the shutters and getting the exam room ready. We see a lot of the same families coming in with their dogs and cats. It's nice because we actually get to know the pets personally. We handle the usual stuff like skin problems, tummy issues, and the standard shots they all need to stay healthy. Being in an apartment block means we have to keep things relatively quiet so we don't disturb the neighbors too much, though that's hard when a big lab decides to bark at a cat in the hall. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. The floors are easy to clean and the lights work fine. It’s a practical space for practical work. Andheri is a fast-paced place, so we try to be efficient so people can get back to their day without too much fuss. We’re just local people who like animals and happen to have the skills to help them out when they aren't feeling their best. It works for us.
