Rima Exports

I’m sitting here at my desk in Daulat Baug on 36th Road in Bandra West, trying to figure out what to say about us. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done every day. Sometimes the traffic outside on 36th Road gets really loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but you get used to it after a few years. We handle exports, mostly just keeping track of orders and making sure things go where they are supposed to go. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big shipment is due and the courier guys are running late. People in the building know us as the quiet ones who stay late sometimes. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. It’s funny how time goes by when you’re busy with small details like labels and invoices. Bandra has changed a lot since we first moved in here, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just show up, drink our tea, and handle whatever comes across the desk. It’s a basic operation, really. No big secrets or anything like that. Just a small business trying to do things right and keep our customers from complaining about delays. That’s pretty much the whole story of Rima Exports.
