Baba's Cimpex Exports

Baba's Cimpex Exports operates out of unit B-27 in the Oshiwara Industrial Centre. We are located right on the Goregaon Link Road. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks reversing nearby. Our unit is basically a large room where we handle everything from packing to paperwork. The ceilings are high, which is nice, but it gets pretty hot in the summer months. We have a few big tables where we lay out the export items to check them before they go into the crates. It’s a bit of a messy place, with tape dispensers and packing foam scattered around the floor. We don't really bother with making it look like a showroom or anything. It’s a working space. The staff here has been around for a long time, and we just get on with things. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. Getting to work can be a bit of a pain because of the traffic on Link Road, but we manage it every day. Most of our day is spent coordinating with transport companies and making sure the documentation is in order for the customs people. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but they have to be done right. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized amidst all the boxes and crates. It’s what we know best.
