Assi Engineers

We’ve been here at 9/B in the Shriguppi Cooperative Industrial Estate for a good bit now. If you know Saki Vihar Road in Chandivali, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and people moving around. It is a bit loud sometimes with the machinery and everything going on in the neighboring units, but that is just how it is in an industrial area. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the work on the floor. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we get things done. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up talking about the day’s work or the traffic on the way in. Chandivali has changed quite a bit since we started, more buildings and more people everywhere. Our spot in the estate is tucked away a little, which is nice when things get too hectic outside on the main road. We spend a lot of our time looking at drawings or checking parts. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the road a mess, but we just deal with it. It’s just us at Assi Engineers, working away in our corner of Mumbai, trying to make sure everything we send out is right. We don't really do big speeches or fancy posters here. We just show up, do the engineering stuff that needs doing, and head home when the job is finished.
