Asha Ambulance Service

Asha Ambulance Service is located at 79/ 627 on Siddharth Hospital Road No 1. We are right in the Motilal Nagar No 1 Circle area of Goregaon West in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai then you know how the traffic is around these circles. We spend a lot of our time just sitting in the van waiting for the next call to come in. The building is just a regular spot and we don't have any big posters or anything. We stay near the hospital road because it makes sense for what we do. The noise of the city is always there in the background. We have a small room where we keep our supplies and a few spare tires. The rainy season is always the hardest part of the year for us. The roads get flooded and the traffic gets even worse than usual. We just try to keep the ambulance clean inside. Sometimes we eat our lunch inside the vehicle if we are on a long shift. It’s a lot of being on standby. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us taking turns. We know the Goregaon West streets like the back of our hand. It’s just a regular local service. We don't put on any acts. We are just here doing the job every day in Mumbai. It stays busy around here.
