Nabeeha Exports

We have another spot for Nabeeha Exports over at Grant Road. This one is Unit No. 12 in the Haji Bhai Compound, which is directly opposite the Municipal Industrial Estate on Arab Lane. It’s a very industrial area, full of workshops and small manufacturing units. Our space here is more like a warehouse and office combined. We have high ceilings and heavy doors to keep everything secure. It’s always busy around the compound with people moving stuff on trolleys. We spend a lot of time here checking the quality of the goods before they get sent out for export. It’s a bit of a gritty environment, not at all like the shiny offices you see in the newer parts of Mumbai. We have a few desks tucked into a corner where we handle the computer work. The lighting isn't the best, so we use some standing lamps to see what we are doing. We’ve been in this compound for a long time and we know the rhythms of the place. There’s a lot of sweat and hard work that goes into every shipment we handle. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Our work usually comes from people who know we get the job done. It’s about being practical and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. It’s a steady job in a busy part of the city, and we just keep at it.
