Operating out of Masjid is an experience in itself. If you’ve ever walked through these lanes, you know it’s one of the busiest and most crowded parts of the city. Our space is right in the thick of it. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy entrance. You just walk in, head up the narrow stairs, and find us among the stacks of boxes and paperwork. It’s a very functional environment. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly solving problems for people who need things done quickly. The fans are always humming to keep the heat away, and there’s a constant sound of carts and shouting from the street below. We’ve been in this area for a long time, so we know all the local tea sellers and the other business owners on the block. It’s the kind of place where everyone is working hard to make a living. We don't have time for corporate talk or long meetings. Usually, we're just talking over the noise or checking things on our computers. The desks are old and the floor is a bit uneven, but it works for us. We like the energy of the market, even if it gets exhausting by the end of the day. When the shutters go down at night, it’s a relief, but we are always back early the next morning to do it all over again.
