We operate Apex Exim Consortium Pvt. Ltd. from the ground floor of Bhairvi Apartments in Andheri West. Being on Bhardawadi road makes it quite convenient for us to get around. It is a residential area that has slowly turned into a business hub over the years. Our office is basically a converted flat, which gives it a very homey and informal feeling. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. We are just a group of people working together to manage our export business. There is usually a lot of noise from the printer and people discussing shipment dates. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We wear what is comfortable and focus on the work. Most of our time is spent tracking cargo and making sure all the customs documents are in order. It is a lot of detail work that requires us to stay focused. Sometimes we get behind on our filing, and the desks get covered in papers, but we eventually clear it out. We like the fact that we are on the ground floor because it’s easy to step out for a breath of air or to meet a driver. We have built this business through old-fashioned hard work and just being around when people need us. We don't try to pretend to be a giant company. We are just a dedicated local team doing our best every day.
