Ia It Solutions is based out of Andheri, which is always a loud and crowded place to be. We handle various tech things that people need help with. It’s not like those giant IT firms you see in the news with the glass buildings. We are much smaller than that. Our day usually starts with checking emails and seeing which systems are acting up. Tech can be a headache for everyone, so we spend a lot of time just troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't working like they should. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and trying to solve puzzles. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is always something that needs fixing or updating. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or just knowing someone who knows us. We’ve been in Andheri for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the area. It’s a good spot because everything is close by, even if the commute can be a bit of a nightmare during monsoon season. We just try to be helpful and get the computers or networks running again so people can get back to their own work. It is straightforward work, nothing too complicated to explain. We just show up and do it.
