You can find us at Sterling Centre on the 5th floor, located along the busy Andheri Kurla Road. Working in Andheri East means you are always in the middle of everything. The office isn't particularly fancy, but it has enough room for our desks and all the files we need to keep. We deal with a lot of export logistics, which means our day is mostly about timing and coordination. We have to make sure the trucks get to the port when they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to fix the schedule. We have a small kitchenette where we keep a kettle for tea. Usually, someone brings in biscuits to share in the afternoon. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it can get a bit tense when a deadline is approaching. We don’t really do big meetings or have many rules about how things should look. As long as the work gets done and the shipments are documented, we are happy. The building itself is quite busy, so there is always a lot of noise in the hallways. We are used to the hum of the city outside our windows. It’s a practical place for a practical business. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done next.
