Kanara Industrial Corporation

Kanara Industrial Corporation is situated in the Mistry Industrial Complex at Plot No. 71. This is on Cross Rd. A in the MIDC area. If you know MIDC, you know how packed these streets can get. There are small and large factories everywhere you look. Our spot is tucked in with a few others, and it can be a bit tricky to find if it is your first time visiting. Just look for the old gate with the number on it. Inside, the space is filled with the smell of oil and the sound of machines. We have been in this complex for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on the work inside the machines than the look of the building. It is a practical environment where everyone knows what their job is. We don't have a big human resources department or a fancy canteen. During lunch breaks, the guys usually sit outside near the entrance to get some fresh air. We talk about the local news or what is happening in the industrial estate. It is a tight-knit group here. We don't make big promises or use complicated words to describe what we do. We just make parts and handle the industrial tasks that come our way. It is a steady rhythm that hasn't changed much over the years, and we like it that way because it keeps everything predictable and simple for everyone.
