Impress Exports

We set up Impress Exports at Plot No. 105 in the Ravi Industrial Estate. Being off Mahakali Caves Road means it's pretty easy for trucks to get in and out, which is what matters for us. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we handle all the export stuff. We deal with a lot of different products and the warehouse area can get pretty crowded. It’s usually dusty because of the industrial area, but we don't mind. We're here to work, not for the view. We have a small crew that knows the ropes. Most of our day is spent checking shipping dates and talking to vendors. Sometimes things go wrong with the transport, and we have to spend the afternoon on the phone sorting it out. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations here. We just tell it like it is. If a shipment is late, we say so and try to fix it. People around here know us as the guys who just get on with it. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our unit if you haven’t been here before, but once you find it, you’ll see we’re always busy. We like the pace of the industrial estate. It feels like things are actually getting done. We’ve been at this for a bit now and plan to stay put for the long haul.
