We are located on the ground floor of the Matoshree Building in Tardeo. It’s a busy area, and being Alix Comsi means we are always dealing with cables and routers. Most of the day, someone is out on a bike heading to a nearby apartment to fix a connection. In the office, it’s mostly just us monitoring the servers and answering calls from people who can't get online. It’s a pretty functional space with plenty of wires running along the floor. We try to keep it tidy, but with all the equipment, it’s a bit of a challenge. The building is an older one, so it has that specific smell of old concrete and dust. We know a lot of the people living around Tardeo because we’ve been into their homes to set up their internet. It’s a bit of a technical job, but we talk about it in plain English. There is no need for big words when someone just wants to watch a video or send an email. We have a small staff, and we all know how to do a bit of everything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s not a corporate call center; it’s just us in a ground-floor room. We do our best to keep the signals strong and the customers happy without making things complicated. It’s just a neighborhood internet shop where we work hard and go home.
