Our office is located at B-3 Arch Profile in Sector-6 of Charkop. This is deep into Kandivali West, an area that has changed a lot over the years. The building is part of an industrial layout where you see a lot of sheds and small manufacturing units. It is not the kind of place where you come for a fancy meeting. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the workflow, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. The Arch Profile section is easy enough to find if you follow the signs from the main entrance of Sector-6. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out the sound of the machines from the neighboring units. It gets very busy around here during the middle of the week. The staff usually brings their own lunch and we eat together in the small area near the back door. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved in our daily routine, so everyone stays pretty active. We don't have a big sign outside, just a simple one on the door so people know they are in the right place. The local chai wallah knows our order by heart now. It is just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a part of the city that never seems to take a break.
