You can find us at unit 120 in the Hira-Panna Industrial Estate. We’re just off Aarey Road, pretty close to the Virwani estate in Goregaon East. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to these narrow roads and the trucks constantly backing in and out. The workshop stays pretty busy throughout the day. We do a lot of work with pneumatic systems, which means there’s always a bit of a hiss from the air lines somewhere in the background. It’s a practical environment. We have shelves stacked high with fittings and tubes, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room, but we always find a spot for the new arrivals. The commute into Goregaon can be a struggle for most of us, but once we’re here, we just get on with the list. We talk to a lot of maintenance guys and site engineers who need parts yesterday. There isn't any fancy sales talk here; we just look at what’s broken or needed and try to provide the part that works. Lunch is usually something brought from home, eaten quickly while we talk about the weekend or the weather. When the monsoon hits, the roads around the estate get pretty messy, but the work doesn't stop. We’ve been in this spot long enough to know the neighbors and the local chai guy who comes around twice a day with his kettle.
