Our office is in the Vardhaman Industrial Complex, A/209 to be exact. Being located in Vikhroli West, we deal with the heavy LBS Marg traffic every single morning. It is an old industrial area, so the buildings have that heavy, gray concrete feel to them. Aerovent Projects Pvt. Ltd. isn't a place with glass walls or soft carpets. We have heavy metal doors and floors that can take a beating from the crates. There is always someone moving boxes in the hallway or a delivery driver looking for the freight elevator. Inside, we have a few big tables for laying out the project drawings. They are usually covered in coffee rings and pencil marks from the morning meetings. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the sites. The ventilation here in the complex isn't the best, which is funny considering the work we do. We have a few fans that hum all day long to keep the air moving. Sometimes we go downstairs to the small canteen for a quick bite of lunch. It is mostly engineers and supervisors sitting around talking about materials and tight deadlines. We do not use any fancy titles here. Everyone just knows what they need to do for the day. The walls are painted a dull cream color that is peeling a bit near the window. It is just a practical space for work. We keep the inventory stacked in the back.
