If you head over to Andheri East, specifically to the Universal Business Park on Chandivali Farm Road, you'll find us in the B-Wing, suite 401. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and getting here through the traffic can be a real test of patience some days. We’ve been based here at Advance Tech Controls Pvt. Ltd. for quite a bit. The office isn't huge, but it’s enough for our team to sit down and work through the technical side of things. We look out over the street and see the constant flow of people and cars. It’s a bit different from a big factory floor, as we do more of the planning and control side of tech here. The walls are mostly covered with diagrams and calendars. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the long afternoons. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We know the security guards and the other people working in the B-Wing. It’s a little community in its own way. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. We just have our name on the door and our work on the desks. We try to stay organized, but with so many projects going on, there’s usually a stack of papers or a few components lying around. It feels like a real workplace.
