Adriatic Sea Foods Private Limited

Our business, Adriatic Sea Foods, is located right in the middle of the busy Mustafa Bazar in Mazgaon. We are on the ground floor of Plot 85/85A, which makes it much easier for us to move the heavy crates of fish and other seafood that come in every morning. Being on Sant Savta Marg means we are always surrounded by the sounds of the market and the smell of the sea. It is a very practical place to work, though it can get quite wet and messy when we are sorting through the daily catch. We don't have a corporate office with carpets and glass walls. Instead, we have a cold storage area and some simple desks where we keep track of the sales and the deliveries. The work starts very early, often before the sun is even up, because that is when the fresh stock arrives. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the seafood to make sure it is what our customers expect. It is hard work and our boots are usually damp by the end of the shift. The team here has been working together for a long time, and we know each other's families and stories. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just want to get through the day's orders and make sure the trucks leave on time. Mazgaon is a tough but friendly neighborhood.
