Acuvet Veterinary Speciality Clinic

Station Road in Wadala is always full of activity, and that is where we are located in Pushkaraj Sadan. It’s number 191. We deal with animals all day here at the clinic. It can get pretty loud when a couple of dogs start barking at the same time in the waiting room. We have seen all sorts of pets come through these doors. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work for what we need to do. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but not too far. We’ve spent many years in this building. Sometimes the smell of the nearby shops drifts in, and you can always hear the trains if you listen close enough. We keep the exam tables clean and the instruments ready. There isn't much to say about the decor; it’s mostly just practical stuff for the vet work. People bring their cats in carriers or lead their dogs in on leashes. We know a lot of the pet owners by name now since they live nearby in Wadala. It’s a busy life being a vet on Station Road. Things get messy sometimes, especially when a nervous pup has an accident, but that is part of the job. We just clean it up and keep going. Most days are steady, just one appointment after another until we close up the shutters for the night. It is just the way the day goes here.
